Corporate structure
The Herambiente Group has grown over time by acquiring companies in the sector, consolidating its position and becoming a market leader both in terms of amount of waste treated and presence across Italy. The company is 75% owned by the Hera Group and the remaining 25% is held by EWHL European Waste Holdings Limited.
