ACR S.p.A., a company of the Herambiente Group, consolidates its leadership in remediation: acquisition of the Gerotto EAR business unit

ACR S.p.A. will acquire the Gerotto EAR business unit from Gerotto Federico S.r.l., which specializes in the remediation and regeneration of confined sites using high-tech machinery. The transaction also strengthens the commercial partnership between the two companies, with a focus on the petrochemical, purification, and cement industries, as well as on “post-disaster” and emergency response activities.
